Currently serving as EVP Strategy at INVIVO BRANDS since May 2022, Miles previously held notable roles including Senior Director Strategy - Customer Experience at Merkle Inc, and Independent Strategy Consultant at Starting Point Creative Marketing. With a strong background in digital and media strategy, customer experience, and brand stewardship, Miles has worked with esteemed organizations such as Klick Health, Ignite Health, and GSW Worldwide, where leadership in strategic planning and market research has been prominent. Miles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Photography from Syracuse University.
