Joe Duenat

Joe Duenat is an experienced executive in the marketing and real estate sectors, currently serving as EVP of Strategy at RateMyAgent since December 2024, where key responsibilities include leading content strategy and growth initiatives post-acquisition of Curated Social. Prior to this, Joe founded Curated Social, a specialized social media management platform for real estate and mortgage professionals, operational from June 2020 to December 2024. Joe co-founded Steps Marketing in November 2006, where efforts focused on enhancing clients' marketing effectiveness, and previously owned Realty Smart LLC, developing custom marketing solutions for the real estate industry. Joe also held a role in business development and marketing at Bidwell Title & Escrow Company. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from California State University, Chico, obtained in 2009.
