Julie Green

Julie Green is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. She joined Invivyd in January of 2022 to provide strategic leadership on people matters while directing key initiatives for the Invivyd workforce. Specializing in fast-paced and high-growth environments, Julie has demonstrated her passion for fostering connections, differentiating the employee experience and ultimately making a difference for patients and their families during her more than 25 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining Invivyd she was Vice President of Human Resources at Flexion Therapeutics from 2018 to 2022. From 2012 to 2018, she started and led her own HR consulting firm offering strategic advice and HR solutions to a variety of organizations, specializing in the life science space. She holds an M.B.A. from Babson College and a B.S. in Psychology from Union College.
