Mary Ann Maher

Mary Ann Maher is the CEO and Founder of SoftMEMS, a position held since 2004. Previously, Mary Ann served as General Manager and Executive Vice President of the Design Automation Business Unit, as well as Chief Technical Officer at MEMSCAP from 1999 to 2004. Prior to that, Mary Ann was the Director of Advanced Products at Tanner Research, where contributions included bringing to market significant microsystem and multi-chip module design tools. Early career experience includes a role as a Post-doctoral Researcher at CSEM, focusing on low power analog integrated circuits and artificial vision applications. Mary Ann holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Caltech.
