William Garrs has over 17 years of work experience in various roles related to account services, client management, project management, and technical management in the events industry. William is currently working as a Senior Manager of Account Services at INVNT®, starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at LMG, Inc. for 9 years as a Senior Account Executive, where they provided extraordinary technology support for client events and delivered exceptional client management experience. Before that, they worked at Creative Technology - London as a Project Manager, specializing in audiovisual technology solutions for large-scale events. William also served as an Assistant Technical Manager at Wembley Stadium, where they managed audiovisual assets, maintained the broadcast infrastructure, and handled general maintenance of banqueting spaces. William also worked as a Project/Operations Manager at TMAV and freelanced as an Audio/Visual Technical Manager at TechHire Limited.

William Garrs has a diverse educational background, with a focus on business management, leadership, and sound engineering. In 2012, they attended the Brighton School of Business Management and Leadership, where they obtained a BTEC Diploma in Management and Leadership. During the same year, they also completed a Certified Technology Specialist course in Audio Visual Technology and Management at Infocomm.

Prior to that, in 2004, they attended SAE and obtained a Diploma in Sound Engineering. William'searliest academic achievement in this field was in 2000 when they completed a Prestige Diploma in Sound Engineering from Allenby College in South Africa.
