Alyssa Croley

Alyssa Croley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alyssa is currently working as the Director of Account Management at Invoca since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at DialogTech from 2018 to 2021, where they held various roles including Director of Customer Success, Account Director, and Senior Customer Success Manager. From 2015 to 2017, Alyssa worked at Outcome Health as an Enterprise Customer Success Executive and Senior Mid-Market Account Manager. In 2013 and 2015, they worked at American Greetings in Sales Operations and Account Management. Alyssa also has experience as an Event Coordinator at Red Frog Events in 2012 and as an M&A Consultant Coordinator at Croley, Martell & Associates, Ltd. in 2011.

Alyssa Croley attended Miami University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from the Farmer School of Business. Alyssa also has additional certifications from Microsoft (Bing) and Google (Google Ads - Display, Google Ads - Search, and Google Analytics).
