Cindy Arias

Cindy Arias has a solid background in human resources, with a focus on benefits, operations, and HRIS systems. Cindy has held various leadership roles throughout their career, starting as an HR and Stock Administrator at Versant Corp, where they gained experience in data management systems. Cindy then moved on to TiVo, where they served as an HR Operations Manager, responsible for marketing and subscription services. At Marin Software, they became the HR Global Director, overseeing benefits and HR operations across multiple locations. During their time at Marin Software, they implemented various initiatives such as a wellness program, revamped onboarding processes, and upgraded HRIS systems. Their most recent role was at Wish, where they held the position of HR Director, Operations, and later Head of Global Benefits. Currently, Cindy Arias is working as a Human Resources Business Partner Director at Invoca.

Cindy Arias completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Administration of Justice with a minor in Sociology at California State University - East Bay from 1995 to 1999. Cindy also obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in 2020.
