Mike Heidenreich

Mike Heidenreich is an experienced professional in the field of quality assurance and engineering, currently serving as Director of Dev Enablement at Invoca since May 2021, after holding the position of Senior Manager of Release Engineering. Previously, Mike worked at DialogTech as Sr Manager of Application Release and QA Engineering, and at TEKsystems as UAT Lead. Mike's career began at Motorola, where roles included Software Test Engineer and Test Engineer, followed by significant positions at DBS Communications, Vibes Media, Analyte Health, and others, where Mike developed quality best practices and built QA teams. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
