Tania Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tania began their career as a Notary Public and Loan Closing Agent, working independently from 2002 to 2011. Following this, they joined Trident Marketing as a Legal and Compliance Manager from February 2011 to August 2014. Tania then worked at buyCalls (a Clearlink company) as a Brand Manager from August 2014 to December 2015. Tania continued their journey at Clearlink as an Affiliate Partnership Manager from December 2015 to June 2017, and later as an Affiliate Channel Manager from July 2017 to February 2019. Tania's extensive customer success expertise was honed as a Customer Success Manager at Invoca from February 2019 to February 2022, where they became the Senior Customer Success Manager-Interim Corporate team CS Manager from March 2022 to September 2023. Currently, Tania holds the position of Team Lead, Senior Customer Success Manager at Invoca, where they provide mentorship, offers guidance on best practices, and drives customer success initiatives.

Tania Rodriguez has a Paralegal degree from Central Carolina Community College, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke from 2007 to 2009. Tania also holds an Associate of Arts degree in the same field from Sandhills Community College, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Tania Rodriguez completed their high school education and received a diploma from Union Pines High School between 1997 and 1999. Tania has also obtained several certifications, including Level 1 Customer Success Foundations from Growth Molecules™, LLC and Google Ads Measurement Certification and Google Ads Search Certification from Google, all in 2022.
