Melinda Hooks-Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and client relationship management, currently serving as National Director at Invoke Tax Partners since July 2013. In this role, Melinda develops and executes innovative strategies to enhance client success and business objectives, focusing on client profitability and retention, while leading contract negotiations to ensure service deliverables meet client expectations. Prior to this position, Melinda held the role of Senior Vice President at InStaff in 2009. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Baylor University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
