Mandy Rico

Mandy Rico has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mandy is currently the Director of Advisory & Inclusion at INvolve - The Inclusion People, where they are responsible for driving cultural change and creating inclusive workplaces. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Advisory & Inclusion at INvolve, overseeing the delivery of events, programs, and advisory services to promote diversity and inclusion in businesses.

Before joining INvolve, Mandy worked at Profiles by Kantar as the Global Director of The Inclusion Index, where they developed an award-winning inclusion index to measure diversity and inclusion within organizations. Mandy also served as the Director of Implementation, Global Operations at Kantar, where they managed client engagement surveys and implemented cost-saving measures.

Earlier in their career, Mandy held positions at Lightspeed Research as the Director of Development & Business Processes for EMEA and the Client Operations Director. Mandy was also an Account Director EMEA, responsible for managing key client relationships and designing strategic research approaches.

Mandy's experience also includes a role as the Head of the UK Division at Leyhausen Field Services International, where they established and developed the division while ensuring high-quality fieldwork. Mandy conducted and monitored focus groups for clients in various industries.

At the start of their career, Mandy worked as a Senior Research Exec at RONIN Corporation.
