Isabel Sequeira Lopes

Isabel Sequeira Lopes is an accomplished professional in pharmaceutical and inhalation product development with extensive experience in formulation and analytical processes. Currently serving as Head of CMC at invoX Pharma since April 2024, Isabel previously held the position of Head of Formulation at Softhale NV, where responsibilities included analytical development, formulation, and manufacturing of Soft Mist Inhalation products. Prior roles included Senior Formulation Scientist at Chiesi Italia, leading projects on DPI and nebulization, and Pharmaceutical Development Scientist at Hovione, leading over fifteen projects on particle engineering for NCEs and generic drugs. Isabel's experience began at Pfizer as a downstream processing scientist and includes early training in biotechnology, contributing to patent work. Isabel holds a degree in Biological Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
