Kirsty Bourner

Kirsty Bourner is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in managing supplier relationships and driving supply chain efficiencies. Currently serving as Head of Procurement at invoX Pharma Limited since October 2023 and Head of Procurement & Supply Chain at Softhale NV since April 2022, Kirsty previously held key roles at GSK, including Senior Procurement Category Manager for Delivery Devices, managing Medical Device categories supporting significant revenues, and Sourcing Group Manager for Secondary Production Procurement, where project work focused on business process improvements. A career break from 2010 to June 2016 allowed Kirsty to concentrate on family commitments during a relocation to the USA. Kirsty's career at GSK began in 1998 through the GlaxoWellcome Graduate Programme, culminating in significant experience with eProcurement and Lean Sigma strategies. Kirsty holds a degree in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from the University of Bath.
