Charles Martin

Charles Martin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles in the field of human resources. Charles started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Burlington Industries in 1998, where they worked until 2002. Charles then joined Coors Brewing Company as a Human Resources Manager until 2006. At Danaher Tool Group, they served as a Sr. Human Resources Manager from 2006 to 2009, and later as the Director of Human Resources - North American Operations from 2009 to 2010. After that, they moved to Apex Tool Group, LLC, where they held various leadership positions in human resources. Charles began as the Global Director Human Resources - Power & Professional Tools from 2010 to 2015, followed by Director of Human Resources - North America Hand Tools in 2015-2016. From 2016 to 2019, they served as Vice President, Human Resources - Global Power Tools & North America Hand Tools. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Human Resources - Global Power Tools at Apex Tool Group, LLC since 2019.

Charles Martin has a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Darla Moore School of Business. Charles also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of South Carolina.
