Shannon van Steeg

Shannon van Steeg has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shannon is currently working as a Customer Operations Specialist at InVue since June 2022. Prior to this, Shannon served as a Customer Success Manager at Compabox from November 2021 to June 2022. Before that, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at funda from July 2020 to November 2021.

Shannon also has experience in the transportation and hospitality sectors. Shannon was a Customer Operations Manager for the Netherlands and Belgium at Bookabus from July 2019 to July 2020. Earlier, they served as a Business Development Intern at Bookabus from September 2018 to July 2019. Additionally, Shannon briefly worked as an Assistant Manager at Proeflokaal Bregje Franchise from July 2018 to October 2018.

In their earlier career, Shannon gained valuable sales and managerial experience. Shannon was a Sales Representative KTV/Telecom at Media Markt from August 2015 to January 2018. Shannon also worked as a Samsung Shop in Shop agent at PSfm Werkt from March 2015 to August 2015. Furthermore, they held various roles at Phone House, including Assistant Manager from October 2010 to March 2015, Shop Manager from January 2008 to September 2010, and Sales Representative from December 2007 to December 2008.

Shannon began their career in the hospitality industry, working as a Waitress and Hostess at Parkhotel Bergen NH from May 2005 to October 2007. Overall, Shannon has developed a diverse set of skills and experiences throughout their career journey.

Shannon van Steeg has a Bachelor's degree in International business and management (Full-time) from the Amsterdam School of International Business, which they obtained from 2015 to 2019. In 2018, they also attended FHWien der WKW for a brief period to pursue a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Management. Before their university studies, they attended ROC Amsterdam from 2005 to 2006, where they studied Hospitality Administration/Management. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2005, Shannon attended Jan Arentsz Alkmaar, where they obtained a degree in Economics from the VMBO Kader program.

In addition to their formal education, Shannon obtained a certification in IELTS from the IELTS official Test center of the British Council NZ300 in April 2015.
