Raiderys Villanueva

Raiderys Villanueva, LMSW, possesses a diverse background in educational and behavioral support roles, with extensive experience in fostering positive school cultures and implementing restorative practices. Currently serving as the Event Coordinator and Middle School Director of School Culture at Inwood Academy for Leadership Charter School since August 2015, Villanueva previously held the position of Behavioral Specialist at The Renaissance Charter High School for Innovation, focusing on behavior intervention strategies. Additional experience includes serving as a Case Planner at the New York City Mission Society, where preventive services were provided to at-risk families, and various roles at The House of the Good Shepherd, supporting both educational and childcare needs. Villanueva holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Utica University.
