Rhett Haynes

Rhett Haynes currently serves as the SVP Director of Mortgage Services at Inwood National Bank, a role held since August 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing mortgage loan operations. Rhett's extensive experience in the mortgage industry includes positions such as Wholesale Mortgage Operations Manager at CMG Financial, where oversight of wholesale fulfillment operations was essential, and various leadership roles at Bank of America, including VP Unit Leader for the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, where management of processing teams was critical. Rhett began the career at Countrywide Home Loan Inc, holding roles as Team Manager and Mortgage Loan Officer. Education includes a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington.
