Pallavi Nandi

Pallavi Nandi is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as an HRBP Specialist at Inxite Out since May 2025, Pallavi previously held the position of Senior HR Generalist at Recro from September 2021 to October 2024. Prior experience includes Assistant Manager HR at Saffron Tech Pvt Ltd and HR Manager at Sparrow Interactive Pvt. Ltd., where Pallavi also served as Assistant Manager - HR. Early career stages featured a role as HR Trainee at Online Recharge Services Pvt Ltd. Pallavi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the New Delhi Institution of Management and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature from the University of Calcutta. Early education was completed at St. James' School in Binnaguri, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal.
