Preksha Nandwana

Preksha Nandwana is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as an HRBP Specialist at MathCo since October 2020, where previous roles included People Experience Specialist, Human Resources Associate, and Human Resources Analyst. Prior to MathCo, Preksha gained valuable experience as a Management Trainee in Human Resources at Varun Beverages Limited from April 2019 to May 2020. Additional experience includes a Live Project with PepsiCo's Learning and Development team and an internship focused on e-learning initiatives at PepsiCo. Preksha holds a PGDM in Human Resources from Christ University, Delhi NCR, and possesses expertise in various HR functions, including onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, HR analytics, and recruitment.
