Kaj Dillen

Kaj Dillen has a diverse work experience with a mix of leadership and technical positions ranging from full stack development to motion graphics. Kaj founded AnalogEight in 2012, where they worked until 2016. Kaj then worked as a Frontend Developer at SII Belgium until 2017, before becoming Software Engineering Manager and Senior Frontend Developer at Vanden Borre until 2019. From 2019 until 2023, they worked as a Frontend Developer and Development Team Lead at Vimcar, and later as a Software Engineering Lead at UNOWN. Currently, they are the Frontend Engineering Manager at Inyova Impact Investing starting from 2023.

Kaj Dillen began their education in 2008, enrolling at Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen - Vlaamse Autonome Hogeschool. Kaj pursued a degree in Digital Design & Media (DEVINE) and completed their studies in 2011. In 2011, they continued their education at HOGENT, where they studied Film/Cinema/Video Studies. This phase of their education lasted until the following year, 2012.
