Katerina Kosmopoulou, CFA has a diverse work experience in the finance and investment industry. Katerina is currently serving as the Vice-Chair and a Member of the Board of Directors at CFA UK since November 2019. In 2022, they joined Inyova Impact Investing as a Member of the Investment Committee, providing external advisory services for the fintech-based impact investment platform catering to retail investors in the DACH region.

Prior to their current roles, Katerina was a Partner at J. Stern & Co. since January 2013. Katerina'sresponsibilities included delivering bespoke Global Equity investment solutions to clients, employing a long-term and value-based investment approach supported by in-house research and integrated ESG analysis. Katerina also managed client assets during this tenure.

Katerina's career started in 2000 at RCM, Allianz Global Investors, where they held multiple positions. Katerina served as a Senior Fund Manager and Vice President, Global Equities from November 2001 to October 2010, co-developing and leading the group's core and high-alpha Global Equity strategies. Katerina also built an international client base through their peer-leading track record. Previously, they were a Fund Manager for Small Cap European Equities, focusing on emerging disruptors, niche market players, and suppliers along the value chain.

Through their various roles, Katerina has gained expertise in portfolio management, financial analysis, and ESG integration. Katerina holds the esteemed Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Katerina Kosmopoulou, CFA's education history begins with their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Following that, they pursued a Masters of Science (MSc) degree in International Securities, Investment, and Banking at the ICMA Centre, Henley Business School, University of Reading from 1999 to 2000.

Later, Katerina attended IMD, where they completed the Executive Programme in Finance & Leadership in 2005. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute in June 2004. Furthermore, they acquired the Investment Management Certificate from CFA UK in January 2005 and the Certificate in ESG Investing from CFA UK in September 2020. Most recently, in November 2021, Katerina earned the Certificate in Sustainability & Climate Risk from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
