Xavier Nadal

Xavier Nadal currently serves as the Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) at AIRTIFICIAL, a position held since September 2021, where significant achievements include transforming IT infrastructure across two data centers to enhance operational performance for over 1,000 engineers globally and spearheading digital transformation initiatives to streamline internal processes. Prior to this role, Xavier worked at Dayco, holding positions as IT Manager for the Powertrain & Aftermarket Division and IT Systems and Infrastructure Administrator. Earlier experience also includes a role in IT Technical Services Support at Iberpotash. Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Digital Transformation for Executives at EADA Business School, Xavier also holds a Bachelor's degree from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and a Higher Technical Certificate in IT System Administration and Software Development from Joviat.
