Nuri Shaikh has a diverse work experience, with a focus on customer success and product management. They started their career at X4 Group Ltd as a Recruitment Consultant, where they developed a new market within the IT industry. Nuri then joined inzpire.me as a Customer Success Intern, where they managed influencer marketing campaigns and handled high-value customers such as Coca-Cola and Vespa. During this time, they created the prototype for the Instagram Pricing Calculator and began analyzing campaign data to create performance benchmarks. Nuri quickly advanced to the role of Customer Success Manager at inzpire.me, leading the customer success strategy for self-service users. In this role, they automated the data analysis process, created customer journey maps and personas, implemented a scalable feedback process, and presented user data to the VP of Product to advocate for user needs. Currently, Nuri works as a Product Manager at inzpire.me, where they continue to contribute their expertise gained from their previous roles.

Nuri Shaikh completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology from Imperial College London between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, Nuri attended East Barnet School from 2010 to 2012, although no degree or field of study was specified.
