Ben Piper is currently a Maritime and Operations Subject Matter Expert at Inzpire Limited, a position held since 2022. Previously, they served as the Director of Operations in the Royal Navy from 2020 to 2022. Ben also held the role of Operations Manager during this time. They have obtained multiple qualifications, including a CMI Level 8 Certificate in Strategic Direction and Leadership from Alliance Manchester Business School in 2021 and a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Joint Services Command and Staff College in 2013. Additionally, Ben completed a City & Guilds qualification in Leadership and Management at the Royal Navy Leadership Academy in 2015.
