Rob Batten

Rob Batten is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in information technology management. Currently, Rob serves as the Director of Information Technology at IO Solutions Contact Center since January 2024. Previously, Rob held the position of Director of Information Technology Operations and Information Security at SSENSE from 2016 to 2023, overseeing IT operations, technical support, and infrastructure management on-premise and in the AWS cloud. From 2003 to 2015, Rob worked at TC Transcontinental in multiple roles, including Director of IT Frontline Services and Director of Operations for the TC Media Division, where responsibilities included managing a large technical support team and directing IT operations across Canada. Rob's educational background includes studies at Memorial University, Newfoundland and Labrador.
