Bryan Stone

Bryan Stone has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Bryan started their career in 2002 as a Lead Supervisor at Best Buy where they managed a team of 12 tech analysts and implemented training programs for a customer-centered approach. During their tenure, they achieved a 300% increase in service sales and improved customer satisfaction.

In 2005, Bryan joined Northwest Computer as a Manager of Service Production. Bryan oversaw daily operations, provided solutions to computer software/hardware problems, and doubled product and service sales within the first 90 days. Bryan also created and led a comprehensive training program that focused on sales techniques and upselling across departments.

In 2008, Bryan joined Intellectual Ventures as a Service Desk Analyst, later progressing to the roles of a Network Administrator and Senior Network Security Engineer. Bryan executed technical support and troubleshooting for 1500 users, developed IT processes utilizing ITIL framework, and trained service desk teams. Bryan also led teams in the design, build, and support of network and cloud-based security solutions for a large number of workstations, servers, and network devices.

Bryan's most recent role has been with IOActive, Inc. where they serve as the IT & Security Manager since 2019. Further details regarding this role have not been provided.
