Dianne van Rijsbergen

Dianne van Rijsbergen serves as Client Service Director at iO since September 2025, focusing on fostering long-term client relationships and identifying growth opportunities. Previously, Dianne held the role of Business Operations Manager at Omnimap from May 2021 to September 2025, where leadership of the customer success team and scaling operations were key responsibilities. Dianne has further extensive hospitality management experience, with roles including General Manager at 't Goude Hooft and Food and Beverage Manager at Carlton Ambassador Hotel, showcasing a strong background in overseeing operations, staff management, and service quality in high-demand environments. Dianne holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management from NHL Stenden.
