Alishia D'Souza

Alishia D'Souza has a diverse range of work experience. Alishia currently works as a Client Support Analyst at Iodine Software since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist II - Robotics at Diligent Robotics from 2022 to 2022. In this role, they handled robotic troubleshooting, utilized Ubuntu Core on Linux systems, and managed support tickets. Alishia also collected data in real-world situations and provided product feedback. Before that, Alishia worked as an EMT Clinical ER at Medical City Healthcare from 2018 to 2019, and as an Emergency Medical Technician at Dallas Fire Station during the same period. Alishia D'Souza completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2017 to 2020. Alishia is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Data Analytics and Information Systems at Texas State University, starting in 2021. In terms of additional certifications, Alishia obtained the HIPAA for Health Care Workers certification from the International Accreditors for Continuing Education & Training (IACET) in January 2021. Furthermore, Alishia obtained the NREMT (National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians) Certified, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certifications from the respective institutions in July 2019 and May 2019.
