Kisha Jones

Kisha Jones, MBA, has extensive experience in client support and healthcare management. Currently serving as a Client Support Analyst at NextGen Healthcare Information Systems since November 2010, Kisha previously held the position of Corporate Call Center Supervisor at Johnson & Johnson from April 2006 to June 2009. Kisha holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration from Eastern University, earned between 2002 and 2004. Additionally, Kisha obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Cabrini University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Pierce College.
