Dallin Grimm has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Dallin currently works as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Iodine Software, starting in 2023.

Prior to that, Dallin worked at Change Healthcare from 2020 to 2023, where they held the position of Product Manager. In this role, they focused on improving customer engagement and creating positive consumer experiences in the healthcare journey. Responsibilities included researching market needs and opportunities, defining solution scope, presenting capital requests, creating go-to-market plans, and coordinating strategy and launch readiness across functional areas.

Before joining Change Healthcare, Dallin worked at Humana from 2018 to 2020, where they served as a Senior Strategy Lead/Strategy Advisor in Medicaid Strategy and Business Development. Here, they identified opportunities for innovation in Medicaid Managed Care, conducted market research, designed and proposed initiatives, and collaborated with partners to execute these initiatives.

Dallin also gained experience at Humana as an MBA Intern in Medicaid Strategy and Business Development in 2017 and as a Graduate Assistant at Texas A&M University in 2017. Dallin also worked as a Graduate Assistant at Baylor University from 2015 to 2016.

Early in their career, Dallin worked at Nestlé as a Quality Assurance Associate from 2011 to 2014.

Dallin Grimm pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from the University of Utah from 2012 to 2014. Dallin then went on to complete a Master of Arts degree in History at Baylor University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Following this, they attended Texas A&M University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing from 2016 to 2017.

In addition to their academic degrees, Dallin Grimm also obtained two certifications. In January 2023, they received certification in "Data Visualization: Storytelling" from LinkedIn. Additionally, they attained the "Design Thinking @ CHNG Foundational Practitioner" certification from Change Healthcare in the same month and year.
