Shubham Wadhwa has extensive experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, having started a career at IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Limited in November 2018 as a Process Engineer and advancing to the roles of Senior Process Engineer, Associate Manager, and currently Manager. Prior to this, Shubham worked at Ind Swift from August 2017 to November 2018 as an Assistant Executive Engineer in Process Engineering after serving as a Graduate Engineering Trainee. An early internship at IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd took place in July to December 2016, and a summer internship at HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited provided exposure to refining processes in June and July 2015. Shubham earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology between 2013 and 2017, following education at BDPS Samana and DAV Public School in Punjab.
