Bryan Boyle

Bryan Boyle, JD PhD, is a seasoned legal and administrative professional currently serving as Chief Legal & Administrative Officer at Iolyx Therapeutics since November 2024. Prior to this role, Bryan held various senior positions at Grifols as Global Vice President of Intellectual Property and at Alkahest, Inc. as General Counsel. Bryan's extensive experience in intellectual property and legal matters includes positions at Carr & Ferrell LLP and Cooley LLP, as well as an early career as a scientist at Nuvelo, Inc. Bryan holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Georgetown University, and a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law, supplemented by a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University.
