Michael Roman

Michael Roman has worked in various roles since 2013. Michael began their career as a Scientist at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in the Electromagnetic Materials Group, Computational Electromagnetics Group, and Laser Technology and Analysis Branch. In 2020, they took on the role of Executive Director at IOMAXIS. Michael is currently an Adjunct Professor at Duke University Pratt School of Engineering.

Michael Roman obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physics with Honors from Wake Forest University between 2002 and 2007. Michael then went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from North Carolina State University between 2007 and 2012.
