Carolin Strobl

Carolin Strobl has been working as a Scientist at iOmx Therapeutics AG since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher at LMU Klinikum M\u00fcnchen from 2019 to 2023. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Forschende Doktorandin (Tumorimmunologie) at Universit\u00e4tsklinikum Erlangen, where they earned their Dr. rer. nat. Her research focused on the influence of a tumor metabolite on human T-cells and involved the independent planning and execution of projects, as well as the presentation of results at seminars, congresses, and publications. Her methods included the isolation and culture of cell lines and primary human T-cells, flow cytometry, cell-based assays, cytotoxicity, antigen-specific expansion, retroviral transduction, and molecular biology.

Carolin Strobl has a long history of education. Carolin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Molekularmedizin from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg in 2013, after studying from 2009 to 2013. Carolin then went on to obtain a Master of Science degree in Molekularmedizin from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg in 2015, after studying from 2012 to 2015. Finally, they obtained a Dr. rer. nat. degree in Tumorimmunologie from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg in 2018, after studying from 2015 to 2018.
