Kimberly Balderrama

Kimberly Balderrama has a diverse work experience. Kimberly started their career as an Income Tax Site Coordinator at GECU from February 2016 to April 2019. Kimberly then moved on to work at The University of Texas at Austin, where they held positions as an Orientation Advisor from January 2020 to August 2020, and as a Longhorns Together Peer Mentor from September 2020 to January 2021. Kimberly also had leadership roles in Texas HBSA, serving as the Alumni Relations Committee Chair from September 2020 to May 2021, and as the Scoring Careers Committee Chair from September 2021 to April 2022. Currently, Kimberly is working as a Technical Sales & Marketing Intern at ION Associates starting from January 2023.

Kimberly Balderrama began their education at Del Valle High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in Business in 2019. Kimberly then attended El Paso Community College from 2016 to 2019, studying Business Administration and Management, but did not obtain a degree from this institution. In 2018, they enrolled at The University of Texas at El Paso to pursue International Business but did not complete their degree. Currently, Kimberly is studying at the Texas McCombs School of Business, where they are expected to graduate in 2023 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, specializing in Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Kimberly has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they received a Tax Preparer certification from the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications in Digital Marketing and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot, in February 2023. Lastly, they hold a certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist in Microsoft Office 2016, which was obtained during their time at Del Valle High School, though the specific date is unknown.
