Christian Matton

Christian Matton has held various legal positions throughout their career. Christian started at Storme Leroy Van Parys Law as an Attorney at Law from 1990 to 1993. Christian then joined UCB as General Counsel Pharma and Vice President Europe Middle East Africa and Asia, where they worked from 1993 to 2005. Christian then moved on to Innogenetics NV as Vice President Legal & Intellectual Property (General Counsel) for three years before joining Biogen Idec as General Counsel for Eidetica Biopharma activities from 2008 to 2010. Christian then became the Legal Director for Europe, Middle East, Africa, CIS, and India at Varian Medical Systems International AG from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2018, Christian worked at Nestlé Skin Health as Vice President, Corporate General Counsel. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Legal Officer at IBA.

Christian Matton completed their education from 1983 to 1990 at Ghent University, where they earned a Master's degree in Law and Special Master's degree in European Law, specializing in European Law.
