Clementine Smal

Clementine Smal is an experienced professional currently serving as a Production Line Coordinator at IBA since September 2023, with additional roles in Operational Excellence and Production Line Coordination. Prior to this position, Clementine worked at Larcier-Intersentia and Poké House in student roles, and gained valuable experience as an S&OP intern at IBA from February to June 2023. Clementine was an active member of the BDE LSM Student Council and contributed as a student representative from September 2021 to June 2023. Previous experience also includes a student job at Delhaize Belgium, human resource duties at UStart Entrepreneurship Club, and a temporary role at Walibi Belgium. Clementine holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain Management from Louvain School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering from Université catholique de Louvain, complemented by a robust high school background in sciences and mathematics.
