Florian Vanlangendonck is a Technical Operations Leader at IBA since October 2018, overseeing five Proton Therapy centers in Asia. Prior experience includes roles as a Beam Physics Field Service Engineer at TRACTEBEL - ENGIE GROUP, and as a Consultant and Design Engineer specializing in Nuclear safety and modeling at Akka Technologies. Florian began his professional journey as a Junior Nuclear Engineer Consultant at Czech Technical University in Prague, where an internship involved the study of neutron flux parameters at the VR-1 Nuclear Reactor. Additional experience includes serving as President of the students council at Haute Ecole Paul-Henri Spaak and completing various internships in engineering and operational roles. Florian holds a Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from ISIB - Institut Supérieur Industriel de Bruxelles.
