Hugues Ronsse

Hugues Ronsse has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Hugues started their career as a Planning Officer at Protontherapy, where they focused on defining and updating project plans and supporting Project Managers. Later, they joined IBA as a Planning & Scheduling Manager, managing production and R&D projects planning, as well as serving as a key user for SAP implementation. Hugues then progressed to become the Supply Chain Logistics Manager and later the Procurement & Logistics Manager, where they led initiatives such as SAP deployment, business process re-engineering, people management, and supply chain optimization. Ronsse also worked as a Sustainability Program Director at IBA, developing the company's sustainability vision and integrating it into the overall strategy. In addition to their roles at IBA, they also worked as a Consultant at Deployments Factory and as an LSM Fellow at Université catholique de Louvain.

Hugues Ronsse has a diverse education history. In 1997, they obtained a Licence in Sciences Economiques Appliquées from Université catholique de Louvain. In 2003, they earned an Orange + Blue Belt certification in MS Project from the International Institute of Learning. In 2006, Hugues completed an Executive Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from Université catholique de Louvain. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Communication & Environment from IHECS. Additionally, in December 2023, Hugues received the Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification from APICS.
