Rachid Ayad

Rachid Ayad has extensive experience in the technical field, currently serving as a Senior Technical Leader and Accelerator Senior Field Service Engineer at IBA since July 1989. Responsibilities include gathering and maintaining installed base knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and profit, as well as defining service requirements throughout the product development cycle. Previously, Rachid held roles as a Cyclotron Team Leader and Senior Cyclotron Engineer, focusing on the installation, calibration, and maintenance of IBA equipment worldwide. Prior experience at Ariston Thermo Group involved team leadership in the maintenance department and responsibilities as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. Rachid holds a degree in Industrial Electronics from Forem, a Bachelor's degree in Electro-mechanics and Automation from Ecole industrielle supérieure de Sambreville, and has completed PLC training at Siemens, Omron, and Hitachi schools.
