Thomas Canon

Thomas Canon is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and sustainability, currently serving as the Sustainability Program Director at IBA, where responsibilities include embedding stakeholder approaches into company processes and leading BCorp certification efforts. Notable roles at IBA also include Program Director for New Infrastructures, overseeing the construction of the 'Beam Factory', and Product Life Cycle Program Director, managing cross-disciplinary teams and delivering projects on budget. Previous positions include significant project management for proton therapy systems at international locations, as well as experience in satellite telecom development at THALES ALENIA SPACE. Thomas Canon has also been active as a B Leader with B Lab since 2020 and has a solid educational foundation from Université catholique de Louvain, INSEAD, and UCL Louvain School of Management.
