Sridhar Padmanaban has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. Sridhar began their professional career in 1992 as a GET at Asian Peroxides Ltd, where they later served as a Shift Engineer. In 1994, they joined Ion Exchange India Ltd in the Industrial Chemicals division. After three years, they moved to GE Power & Water, starting as a Technical Specialist and progressing to roles such as Account Manager, Regional Manager, and eventually Region Director for the APAC region. In 2010, Padmanaban joined Pentair as a Director and later became the Director & Country Head for South East Asia. Currently, they are working at Ion Exchange India Ltd as the Sr. Vice President and Business Head for Membranes.
Sridhar Padmanaban completed a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Sridhar also obtained a Masters degree in Engineering Science from Coimbatore Institute of Technology in 1992, and a PGDGM degree in Finance, General from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in 2005. Sridhar attended The Suburban Higher Secondary School Coimbatore, though the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
