Henna Kaura

Henna Kaura has several years of work experience in business development, recruitment, and consulting roles. Henna currently works as the Global Business Development Director for Commodities & Treasury Software Solutions at ION. Prior to this, they were the Business Development Manager for EMEA & APAC Commodities & Treasury at the same company. Henna also served as the Regional Team Lead and Senior Business Development Representative for EMEA at ION. Before joining ION, Henna worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant for the Real Staffing Group, specializing in the retail industry. Henna also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Spencer-Ogden, focusing on project controls, cost management, claims & contracts management, and planning functions in the energy industry.

Henna Kaura completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama and English from Brunel University London between 2010 and 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Developing Your Leadership Philosophy" from LinkedIn in 2019.
