Paolo Chiaverini

Paolo Chiaverini is an experienced executive currently serving as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Cedacri Group within ION, overseeing over 2,000 employees and managing a P&L of 470 million euros. With a strong background in banking operations, Chiaverini previously held the position of Head of UniCredit Group Banking Operations, where responsibilities included managing 4,500 employees across multiple countries and spearheading a significant transformation program. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Cerved Group and various leadership positions at UniCredit, i-Faber, Vodafone, Candy Group, JVC KENWOOD Holdings, and Falck SpA. Chiaverini holds degrees in Economics from Università Bocconi and has participated in several leadership and management programs.
