Richard Chew

Richard Chew is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. Currently, Richard serves as the Core Platform Lead at ION, overseeing a platform that processes millions of transactions daily and spearheading key initiatives. Prior experience includes a role at Zinc as a Senior Software Engineer, where Richard worked across a full tech stack and contributed to major feature enhancements. Richard also held positions at ION (FFastFill) as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on backend development for the NG platform, and at Barclays Investment Bank and Exchange Technology, where Richard developed critical systems using C++ and C#. Richard Chew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Technology Sydney.
