Roger Dickson

Roger Dickson is the Head of Design at ION Group, where they help design and build world-class banking and financial services software. With over 20 years of experience in digital design and user experience, Roger previously served as the Experience Design Director of Banking at NTT DATA, collaborating with clients to enhance customer and employee experiences. Earlier in their career, they held various roles including Head of Design at UBS Investment Bank and User Experience Consultant at SapientNitro. Roger's educational background includes a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design from City and Guilds of London Art School and a BA Honours in Graphic Information Design from the University of Westminster.
