Clifton Poss

Clifton Poss possesses extensive experience in broadcast engineering and satellite communications, holding key positions in multiple companies since the late 1980s. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at The E.W. Scripps Company since November 2021, Clifton has also been a Station Engineer at ION Media Networks since August 2017 and a Broadcast Engineer at Discovery Communications since December 1997. Previous roles include Chief Engineer at Sureshot Transmissions, Uplink Engineer at Mobile Uplink, and various technical positions in satellite communications with Pan Am/Dyncorp and Computer Science Raytheon. Early career foundations were built as a Satcom Technician in the US Army. Education includes training from the Cisco Networking Academy and the US Army.
