Michele Ross-Kahme

Michele Ross-Kahme has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Sr. Director HR Business Partner at The E.W. Scripps Company since February 2021. Prior to this role, Michele worked at ION Media Networks as Sr. Director of Human Resources since February 2008, where responsibilities included organizational development, recruitment, and compensation support. Michele has also held leadership positions at Waterfront Media, BMG Columbia House, BMG Entertainment, and Macy's East, developing HR strategies and managing various HR functions. Michele began the professional journey as an Administrative Assistant at Forbes, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
