Kimberly Baum

Kimberly (Barnes) Baum is a legal professional with extensive experience in complex litigation and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Associate General Counsel at Ion Solar since January 2023, Kimberly has been an Associate Attorney at Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar since October 2013, where significant achievements include successfully representing clients in various complex legal matters and defending against multimillion-dollar claims before the 10th Circuit. Previous legal internships at the Bureau of Land Management, the Utah Supreme Court, and the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association contributed to a solid foundation in law. Kimberly holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brigham Young University.
