Scott Gurney

Scott Gurney currently serves as the Director of Operations at Ion Solar, overseeing engineering, design, compliance, and site survey operations for numerous projects daily. Scott's previous positions include Sr. Manager of Design Operations at Vivint Solar and Engineering Sr. Manager at Blue Raven Solar, where a focus on continuous improvement strategies enhanced departmental performance. Scott began a career in solar at SolarCity, achieving distinction as a top performer in residential PV design, and has held various roles at Vivint Solar, managing teams and designing solar PV systems. Scott's early experience includes sales roles at Vivint, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Utah Valley University.
